Interests

I am very passionate about music, I play guitar, I like being active, hiking, swimming, art, culture, and exploring new places. I also love spending time with family and friends as much as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: "Garden State," "500 Days of Summer," I watch a lot of documentaries, some of my favorites are "I Am," and "Miss Representation."

Music: Geographer, Sigur Ros, Bon Iver, Gotye, The Lumineers, and a lot more. I will pretty much listen to anything!

Books: Shanghai Girls, The Help, Memoirs of a Geisha, The 19th Wife, mostly historical fiction

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've done was sing during mass inside of The Vatican and also in St. Mark's Basilica. St. Mark's was closed for Venetian residents, so it was a very intimate service and the locals were so appreciative of our music, which is something that I had never seen in that way before. After the service was over, we went outside and one of the women from the service wanted us to do an encore, so we sang in St. Mark's Square and had many people listening and watching around us. I felt such pride that I was able to give something back to this amazing community. It was incredible!

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I just graduated, I am still extremely eager to learn and am especially curious about the world now that my worldview has been expanded and I have a new outlook on life. I hope my CS experience continues to make me grow as a person and allow me to share my stories with people as well as learn from others.
