I'm a very 'easy to get along' and talkative person. Love traveling and enjoying new cuisines. I'm currently staying Melbourne, Australia and absolutely enjoying every bit of my life here. I'm a student of Business IT here and also work as a Business Analyst.

When I get some time out of my busy schedule, I travel around Melbourne. Australia is very big country so far away trips cannot be that frequent, unfortunately. I also enjoy cycling on trails around Melbourne.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I stumbled upon the concept of couchsurfing and fell in love with it instantly. I mean how awesome is it to travel and stay with the localites and experience the local cuture first hand! Not to mention the new friends made in the process. I have never done this but plan to couchsurf real soon.

Interests

Music of all genres, cycling, hiking, learning foreign languages, traveling. Meeting people from all countries and backgrounds. Partying....although I'm not much of a party animal....I enjoy the energy, drinks, good company and the dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: The lord of the rings, The Chimp Paradox, Jobs!, Harry Potter etc. so on and so forth!!

Movies: Everything Christopher Nolan, The Lord of the Rings, Lagaan......I'm a movie buff. I know people say that about themselves but I actually am. I watch so many of them (old, new, good ones, flops) that I've found myself analyzing and comparing them while I watch them but I still enjoy them(it's impossible to make a list of my favs). I have a good collection too. I frequently attend film fests in the city.

Shows: The game of thrones, Mad Men, True Detective, Black Mirror, Marvel's Daredevil, House of cards.......(gasping for breath).

Music: I'm open to all genres of music. Hell, I listen to everything. If you explore my mp3 player, you'll find rap, pop, old/new marathi, european classical (fan of Mahler and Strauss here), buddhist chants, bollywood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had been to Germany on a language scholarship from Goethe. Stayed with a group of international students for a complete month. Best time of my life!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook for you, walk your dogs or whatever :) Having me over would be like having an extra member in your family. So I'm pretty much up for everything.
