COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great host in Şanlıurfa, which was probably the favorite city I visited when I lived in Turkey. He definitely added immensely to the experience, and I would love to come back sometime.

Interests

The first, and most obvious is travelling and exploring the world piece by piece. I read the newspaper everyday with a particular interest in economics, urbanism, and baseball. I'm also a big music guy, and like do outdoors stuff like hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books

The two best books I've read in the past year are East of Eden and Sometimes a Great Notion. If you include the past couple years, The Savage Detectives by Roberto Bolano is definitely up there.
