About Me

What to tell about myself...

My name is Ines and I'm student of Archaeology and History.

I am friendly and optimistic person who likes to explore new things and face new challenges. That is why I'm studying archaeology :D I love going out and having fun... so any time we can go and have a beer.

All in all I enjoy my life :D

PS: I used to train traditional folk dance in Zagreb so if anybody wants to show me their traditional folk dance I would like to learn and I would be glad if anybody wants to learn from me some of them

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like traveling and meeting new people and cultures.
Also my aim is broaden my horizons and learn new things.
And the way to do that is to meet local couch surfers.

Interests

Diving and archaeology obviously. I combine this two interests in one big-Underwater Archaeology :D. Besides the archaeology I am also learning about Ships and Seamanship.
I like hiking, skiing, riding horses, dancing and singing
I recently start running and I find it very enjoyable.
Some evenings I like to read and watch movies and series.-... :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have favorite music, I'm listening everything from pop and folk to rock and hip-hop :P
I just know that I don't like horror movies. My favorite movies are Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and Cloud Atlas
As for the books my new favorite books are from Harlan Coben, thriller and mystery writer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is many amazing thing I've done but one is the most memorable. When I started studying I found out underwater archaeology and worked on big projects on east Adriatic coast. We were excavating shipwrecks from Roman times and a Renaissance shipwreck. On those projects I met people from all around the world ( Egypt, USA, Iran, France, Italy...) which put a big mark on me :D

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States
