I'm a medical student from Latvia, balancing between studying too much and keeping an adventurous, happy and healthy life. Whenever I know I'll have a free week ot two I try to plan a trip abroad and collect some beautiful memories in the world. I enjoy cooking for my friends and family and make them feel at home and taken care of. I love nature a lot, but since I live in the city I like to do some window gardening to have fresh herbs and spices. I've started doing yoga and this has helped me to clear all the buzz that steals my concentration from what's important.

At the moment nothing sounds better than spending the days at seaside!

I'll be finishing studies next year and hope to find both a welcoming and challenging medical field to work in. This is what is burning my mind lately, but most important to me will always be family and good people around me whith whom I can share our way of living in this world, so we can all learn something new from each other and restore for ourselves what we have forgotten maybe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I love to travel and have a memorable experience in the country I'm going to, I like to visit and spend time with locals, I believe it's possible to have a friend of a friend in almost every country and since now I've managed to stay over, get around the city and have new friendships in such a way, but I believe Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to do so too!
