I am Inese, a 24 year old girl from Riga, Latvia, but love has led me to Glasgow, Scotland. Even though I am away from my motherland I am singer in Latvian progressive / avant-garde metal band called "Theatrum" (http://theatrum.bandcamp.com/)
Singing is not only one of my passions, I am also interested in acting and learned it in Latvian theater studio "Dramaturgu Teātris".

I`m interested in art, because I have studied audiovisual media art – multimedia design in Janis Rosenthal's Art Secondary School.

In my free time I like cycling, to meet my friends, drinking coffee in coffee shops, and I like traveling also.

One of my dreams is that traveling becomes a part of my life. I want to become professional musician and spend a big part of my time on tour.

I think that couchsurfing is amazing chance to meet interesting people from other countries. Meeting locals in other country makes it easier to understand traditions of this country it`s more effective than traveling guides. :D
