I'm currently in beautiful Thailand on Phi Phi island enjoying the beaches and tropical fruit. :)
When I'm not travelling I'm working as a Personal Trainer helping people lose weight and get fitter. I've been travelling and living abroad for many years. I've been travelling around SE Asia a lot recently - spening most time in beautiful Thailand. Otherwise I visited Mexico, 3 months in Brazil, 3 months all over USA, Japan - Tokyo 3 months, Bahamas, Dubai, 4 years in Israel, Switzerland - 3 months, Spain 3 months, Egypt - diving in Dahab and travelling 4 months, Holland... I also visited Ibiza, Turkey, St. Lucia. Spent 7 months backpacking in SE Asia - covering countries: India, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong. Had a 3 week holiday in the Philippines in Boracay, Cebu and Bohol.

I started Couchsurfing in Miami. It's an incredible way to get to know the area and the local people and how they live. I've met some great people while Couchsurfing in America for 3 months in 2014. - Miami, LA, Las Vegas. I was Couchsurfing in Dubai for 2 weeks and in Brazil for 2 -3 weeks.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Where do I start :)) The Gibbon Experience in Laos comes to mind - lived 3 days high in a tree house in the middle of the jungle and zipped above it the whole day on zip lines :) Abseiling waterfalls in Vietnam (Dalat). 2,5 months in India - rat worshiping temple, Kamasutra temples in Khajuraho, Goa etc ;) St. Lucia was pretty amazing too. 3 months in Japan(Tokyo) - Fuji Mountain and their temples are beautiful - not to mention their technology :) Living a year on amazing Phi Phi island and Koh Lipe island in Thailand - I'll never forget it :) - met some incredible people and friends for life. 7 months trip in SE Asia - India, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, (Bali, Langkawi...) etc - I'll never forget the amazing - sand dunes, beaches, islands, waterfalls, temples, jungles, local people, tribal people, super cute animals :) etc etc but at the end of the day it's all about the people you meet who really make it memorable.

I'm a Personal Trainer and have helped many people transform their bodies. For the last few years I've been self employed and train people in the parks and their houses. I'm interested in healthy eating and know a lot about alkalinity and acidity - invested a lot of money in educating myself about it even met Dr Robert Young on a 3 day seminar. I'm more than happy to share this knowledge if anyone is interested.

I'm very thoughtful and respectful and respect the host and their house rules. I'm a low maintenance - very polite and grateful. I'm a great cook and can help with cooking - I LOVE food! :). I spend a lot of time researching and I'm known for being able to give valuable advice to people about many things. I'm streetwise and independent - I've travelled alone my whole life, so I'm never a burden to people I stay with - quite the opposite, I'm trying to help them in any way I can. I've had the best experiences while Couchsurfing and made lifelong friends :)
