ABOUT ME

I'm a German/South African combo, basically pretty undecided about what and where my home actually is. I grew up in Pretoria, South Africa, but then moved to Germany after I finished school.
And although I am "German" it has been somewhat of a challenge becoming properly Germanized.

I fondly remember the time when couchsurfing was not a for-profit organisation :( This new version sucks!

I finished my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and followed that up with a Master in Energy Engineering. I love to discuss sustainability and Renewables!

I consider myself a feminist

I like crafting or as we say in German: "Basteln & Werkeln"

I love volunteering at big Events (FIFA World Cup, WorldSkills, Karate WM, Marathons)
