ABOUT ME

Introvert, artist, natural, dancer, photographer, lover, teacher, experimenter, homebody. I am very eclectic, all the way around.
I love yoga, good long walks, hiking, cooking a big glorious dinner and sharing it with loved ones. I am also fascinated with wine and where it comes from and why it's so delicious?! I read, pump up the music (not at the same time) dance around, collect stones and crystals.. my list goes on and on.. I want to see and travel the world I am eager to get over whatever I have to get over and start living a little :)

PHILOSOPHY

I am here for some reason, so I'm going to keep at it and keep walking even if things are shitty and going on a downward spiral. There is always joy and beauty in the simplest things and as long as we can walk around feeling good about ourselves and what we do and why we do them, and persevere through ill and weak times we can and will love and have piece.

Music, Movies, and Books

All, everything. Except for bad main stream and country noise...does not agree with my ears. I love those books where you cant seem to put them down and you loose track of time and awareness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Danced my youth away! and I enjoyed every moment of it. I even had the most incredible opportunity to dance with THE Alvin Ailey! I have seen my homeland Denmark, and Italy... I was young, but it was still incredible to see history, and the statue of David.

Teach, Learn, Share

Some good laughs, cook a meal or two.. Share some stories and have a great time. I am clean and respectable:)
