Hi there! My name is Grace and I was born and raised on an apple farm in Michigan, USA. I therefore have an innate love for apples and the outdoors.

I am currently traveling the world with my husband, Vince (you can find his profile here: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/vinnieg). We were married in June of 2017 and this trip serves as an extended honeymoon of sorts. We met travelling and find it important for the cohesion of mankind. We started our travels on October 2, 2018.

Before this, we have hosted many surfers while we lived in California. We loved cooking for our guests, talking over wine and showing off our beautiful Californian coast. We love couchsurfing for the cultural exchange opportunity!

Vince and I love cooking, trying new drinks, traveling, hiking, walking barefoot in grass, watching Netflix, playing board games, visiting National Parks, and meeting new people.

Interests

Bring on the hiking, it's all about the scenery and fresh air for me. I would chose a mountain over an ocean- but give me both and I will embrace it with awe. I also enjoy running, being outside, inspirational quotes, making cards, calligraphy, typography, reading, and planting flowers.
