I'm Ingrid, a 21-year-old female from the United States. I come from a small town called Boone located in the Appalachian Mountains. I have just finished a degree in music performance at Appalachian State University in North Carolina and am traveling quite a bit this summer in Europe. I lived in Spain for 5 months last year, and am traveling in France this summer. I just came from Taizé, where I stayed for 6 weeks. I really love languages, it is the main reason why I travel so much. Right now I am learning French and would love to have someone to practice with. If anyone needs help with English I would be happy to help!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling so much, and I often stay in hostels. I have decided to join Couchsurfing to discover a new way of traveling. I would like to meet people in the area where I travel, speak the language, and learn a bit about the culture.
