I live together with my dog who loves people.
I am easy going, smiling and friendly. Like most Norwegians I am not political correct and have no religious view other then "Be nice".
Most of the time I work, and in the weekends I try to do something else. `Something else` usually include sipping some wine, cook a good meal, walk my dog or visit a pub or two.
I am an urban girl who prefer the city life in Stavanger. A trip to the Pulpit or similar is probably not gonna happen. Never been there actually. "Everyone" else has.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My youngest daughter was touring Australia for a year. She has been travelling a lot around the world and I decided I want to give something back to all the hosts and surfers who took care of her.

I have a spare room with two beds and most of the time it is empty anyway. Why not offer it to someone who is exploring the world? I like to meet new people and listen to their adventures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Except for giving birth to my kids it must be the Atlantic crossing in our sailboat. It was an eleven month voyage where I visited over 20 countries together with my family.

Teach, Learn, Share

Whatever I know and own I can teach and share, except my car.
I will probably not join you while you are exploring our attractions in the wilderness outside Stavanger, but when you return I will serve a good meal.
I am learning something new every day, and I am sure a surfer can teach me a lot.
