Since January 2021 we're Helge, Inka and Edgar! We're living and working in Leipzig.
Inka is a true Leipzig soul, born here and knows the city and it's people by heart. Special interest: Foodie!! Always up for good food, coffee or cake!
Helge is from the northern part of Germany (Bremen) and is the cosmopolitan part of the couple, studied abroad and lived in several countries. Special interest: books in all their great variety. Anything readable? Helge will lay his hands on it!
Edgar is a friendly little guy who is pretty open to all new people and will be happy to meet you! Special interest: always in for some nice playground-action or digging in the sand!

As a couple we had some really amazing travels, mostly in the former UDSSR and Eastern Europe and have a lot of amazing memories in our hearts. The most amazing thing, however, were the people we met when we traveled. Enjoying deep, interesting or just fun conversations, having strangers open up their houses to us and experience incredible hospitality led to the most lasting impressions that we brought back home from our journeys.

As a family we're still in the process of reinventing traveling, starting with some great time in a campervan in Georgia, but concentrating on nearer destinations for the time being.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love meeting people and good conversations! Welcoming guests at our house is the perfect way to bring some fresh thoughts, perspectives, ideas into our life and make sure we're not getting stuffy and boring ;)

Also we both really love Leipzig, its vibe, people, places, and like to share our experience with guests.
