ABOUT ME

Propably it tells a lot of me, that I have such big difficulties in filling this site. Writing and the world of words is my obsession, especially in Finnish. I guess that's why I spend so many silent minutes just watching the screen not able to to write there those pretty common descriptions: I'm lively and communicative, yet searching peace and time of my own, deeply thinking, but most of the time with a good sense of self-irony and laugh, nature lover, at times living as well in the imaginative world of books than in this real one. Always ready to a good discussion, but as ready to be quiet or to enjoy the more easy parts of life: good food and tight sleep.

Classical music. Bach. Songs, especially old Russian folk songs.
Books are many. Right now I'm reading the older Finnish classics, Aleksis Kivi, Väinö Linna.
Maybe it was the Hungarian author Imre Kertez that last time made me a deeper impression.
