ABOUT ME

I studied and traveled in England for 8 months, but now I am back in Duluth, Minnesota. I am living here permanently for a while. I am still in school, so when I get done here who knows were I will end up, somewhere cool hopefully! I don't drink, so I find that I like to do other activities, especially outdoors stuff, to keep myself occupied and active all of the time. Duluth is a perfect place for outside things, so it fits pretty well I think. I also love traveling, outdoor activities, and motorized vehicles. Otherwise I am a pretty simple person with a pretty simple objective to see all that I can in one life time.

PHILOSOPHY

Being able to view YOUR society from the outside is the most important tool that you will ever have.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, I have only couchsurfed, but am hoping one day to host someone(s). I have had a couple requests, but it seems as though they are all times when I am busy, which stinks, such as life I suppose.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have thus far couchsurfed 4 times. Once in Copenhagen Denmark, in Warsaw Poland, again in Budapest Hungry, and then finally in Bucharest Romania. All of our hosts were really nice, helpful, and overall great people. Also the experience we gained from this was great, all in all it worked out very well!

兴趣

I am interested in Motorcycles, Cars/Trucks, Trips of any sort/traveling, outdoor activities, skiing, as well as community service occupations such as firefighting, medical work, whatever comes my way. I am currently planning a motorcycle trip which will last about 3 months over the summer, I may try couchsurfing over that time. I will be heading to Alaska for my trip.

Tons of music, favorite is Nickelback and Linkin Park. Not to many movies, to busy traveling and all. I like gripping fictional real life stories as well as fairy tale books such as the chronicles of narnia, and especially the redwall series, they are just to fun not to read.

The most amazing thing I have seen was my own country. I mean not it specifically, but being able to see it from an outside perspective, not just as an American citizen. Once you are able to do that, you will realize the bigger picture and just what the world is all about.

I love teaching outdoor skills, which I have many, such as camping, knots, fire building, practical skills as well as skills that can be used to fall back on for jobs. I love driving heavy equipment, semi-trucks, and other big machines and love teaching people how to operate. It makes me feel good knowing that I can pass off learned knowledge to others. I love learning new things all of the time, by things i mean everything, it doesn't really matter what it is, I love knowing everything and I love sharing whatever needs to be shared that I already know. That was confusing?
