Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

ive been telling everyone about couchsurfing for like ever. had my first CS experiences while abroad for a year, looking fwd to hosting some.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my first two CS experiences were both in Prague. i met up for coffee/beer with betty, and then dana, both czech locals my own age. it really opened my eyes to the huge difference between seeing a city as a tourist vs as someone who grew up there.

my only surfing experience was in paris. what i would have done without that couch, i have no idea. it's one of my favorite travel stories - you'll have to ask me in person!

Interests

meeting new people, traveling, learning new languages, cultural immersion, ultimate frisbee, dancing til the moon says au revoir and the sun says hola, international affairs, calvin & hobbes, snowboarding, climbing mountains, pretending to be a functional human being :)
