My name is Inna, I live in Lviv, Ukraine.

I study at the Faculty of Journalism in one of the best educational institution in Ukraine. This is the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". Also I work in a book publishing house, I do design.

I really love to travel, meet new friends, cook delicious food for them. I also love cats :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I like to travel and I want to feel every country I'll be in, through her people. Getting acquainted with people who will allow them to spend the night, I will better know the city and country in which I am. Therefore, please, call me to myself, I'm a good person :)

Interests

I'm interested in many things. For example, I like to attend concerts and music festivals. I like to read books, watch modern films. I'm interested in everything related to design. I love animals, the sea and nature in general. I am for not harming nature and living with it in peace and harmony. Also I try to eat properly and healthy. I watch my health. I like to give gifts to friends. And I like to give joy to people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different music. Rock, pop, indie, jazz. Most often, I do not think about what genre is music. I just listen to what brings pleasure. I listen to some songs of Katy Perry, Justin Bieber new songs, like Rihanna, Sia, Pink and other popular American singers. Also I like Arctic Monkey, The XX, Birdy, ColdPlay, Avicii. I like different Ukrainian music. Two of my favorite bands are very popular in Ukraine O. Torvald and not very popular so far ARLETT Band.

Now I read non-recurring world bestsellers, but most of my bookshelf is Ukrainian modern prose and poetry. I have several favorite writers, they are all not scary for 30 years, but, as for me, they write very well. They are Katerina Babkina, Leona Vyshevskaya, Andrey Lyubka, Sergey Zhadan. Many of them are very well known in Europe.

From films I prefer science fiction, comedies, thrillers. I like to watch about how our world will look in the future. Also sometimes I look horrors. I also like watching different American TV shows and Korean dramas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I made a special gift to my friend. It was a book she really wanted, but nobody printed it or sold it. Since I work in the publishing house, I did this book to her myself. She was all for joy. She started jumping, screaming and crying. I think it was more pleasant for me to see such a reaction than to get a book.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study journalism and design. I make books, posters, flyers, notebooks, gliders, bookmarks for books, everything related to printing. I work in Photoshop, but I really want to learn how to work in Adobe Illustrator. If we agree in advance, I can bring with Ukraine some kind of useful polygraphy)
