About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To constantly meet new people and explore new things and learn from them both.
ABOUT ME
I am not your average anything. I like a lot of different things. I am easily amused and think life is fun. I love to learn, and I LOVE Detroit!!!! Nothing beats being able to walk two blocks to work, walk to 100 bars and restaurants, not to mention 8 theaters, a great park and a beautiful waterfront.
I give historical/architectural walking tours and take people on pub crawls around Detroit for my organization, Inside Detroit, and I love it! (www.insidedetroit.org)
I lived in Malaga, Spain for 6 months and loved it more than anything which is why I made my life in Detroit just like Malaga (except without the warm weather:)
Oh...and for the Myers-Briggs folks out there...I'm an ENTP.
Life is good!
PHILOSOPHY
Go Big or Stay Home!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love introducing people to the history, architecture, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and people that make Detroit great!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While living in Spain I became friends with a guy that lived in Brussels. When our travel plans had to change we made a detour to Brussels and stayed with Pedro for a week. It was my favorite city on the trip because he took us around to his favorite spots and introduced us to great things and people. It inspired me to start my non profit called Inside Detroit that basically will do that for anyone who wants to see Detroit from an insider's perspective.
