ABOUT ME

I am a high school science teacher with a huge wanderlust, and a job that lets me live all over the world! I love to try and do new things, meet new people and learn from their experiences. I am an open minded, generally caring person who loves to couchsurf and meet couchsurfers!

PHILOSOPHY

"What would you do if you weren't afraid?" Cheesy but I ask myself this alot. I dont know if it really counts as a personal philosophy...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I have hosted and surfed, and both kick ass.

After living in a community that was not OK with couchsurfing I finally have my own house again, with an extra bedroom that I can allow people to use! Time to start HOSTING again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a bit, and couchsurfed myself in locations all over the world. I have always had positive experiences :)

Couchsurfing gives me faith in humanity! What wonderful people this world of ours is filled with! Thank YOU so much for participating in this amazing idea!

I love reggae.

I enjoy documentaries, comedies, and some dramas. Really I will watch anything I have not seen (although I am not a huge horror fan...)

I am trying to become a better reader.

I have traveled or lived on 5 continents...seen Paris at night...taught school children for eleven (!!!) years...been on top of the Empire State Building...swam on both sides of both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans... Flown around the world 4 times...

There are just so many amazing things to see in the world, how could you pick just one?
