I’m from Latvia, I’ve been living in UK for 5 years.
For 3 years now I’ve been a support worker for people with ASD and/or disabilities.
Before that I’ve done bit of everything until I found what I actually love doing.

At the moment I feel I need to do some trawelling to recharge my batteries :)

A bit of everything please ^_^ mostly alternative.
Every genre has it’s gems.

I’m one of those who grew up with Linkin Park seemingly singing straight to my soul. I do love the last album too, even if my inner headbanger was a little thrown at first.

I have a soft spot for everything involving brass- ska, some jazz, any random pop song with a good trumpet-y bit.
I have never heard a real bluesman play live, that is something on my “ must do” list.

My guilty pleasure is 80s teen movies - underneath the fabulous/atrocious clothes, great soundtracks and pretty often dark humor there’s such depth!
My favourite is “Heathers”, It’s hilarious in such a dark way I haven’t seen in any modern movie.
One documentary I can watch hundreds of times and still get the goosbumps at the uplifting ending is Metal. A headbangers yourney.
Also grew up constantly waiting for the next Harry Potter book, and then devouring it in 24h after release. I’m a massive fanfiction follower, I’m constantly looking fir the next gem.
One if my favourite authors is Lucy Maud Montgommery.

I can cook a great cottage pie, or whip up a sponge cake.
I’m a crafts person who thinks outside the box, I don’t mind helping out with chores( I really enjoy ironing).

I’ve been told I’m a good conversationalist.

My cooking skills are somewhat questionable, but every self respecting Latvian knows at least 5 -7 ways to preapare potatos :D

I’m also a good listener :)
I can teach you knitting or crochet.
