About Me
ABOUT ME
i'm cheap and have a good sense of direction. i can also pronounce your language pretty well, but not understand it at all. as for hobbies, i like baking and playing games and eating good food and doing all of those things while having a beer or two.
i've made the unfortunate mistake of moving to a neighborhood that has all my wants and needs (great bars and even better food), so I am admittedly getting lazy in terms of going out and finding cool things to see in NYC. couchsurfing because it forces me to find new things to do and meet fun people along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
i'm a bigger picture kind of person. like way bigger. like 'our universe is one of many in a chain of what could be a larger reality's loaf of bread' bigger.
so in general i care a lot less about some things than other people do. it works out pretty well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking to the (...almost...) top of a mountain outside of Bergen and overlooking Sørfjord was amazing, as was being nearly blown off of a mountain and into a volcanic mud pit in Iceland. I like mountains and cold places, apparently?
Also, I once met the actor who stabbed JT from Degrassi. We had him reenact the scene several times and affectionately called him Stabby and I kind of had a crush on him just because he fake stabbed someone.
Teach, Learn, Share
i can talk endlessly about food facts, credit card disputes, and optimizing travel plans. i think i know everything, so i'm more than happy to force you into my viewpoint.
