About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see all and learn all. To see the mystery and leave it mysterious. To see the wild and leave it wild. To immerse myself in all that is this Earth and be left breathless...

ABOUT ME

I love being with friends and in nature and having my eyes opened to new things. I am attracted by unknown places, nature. I love stories and litterature and beer and good red wine. Food and the beach, painting and art.
I think that the important thing is enjoying every little bit... becoming a better human being so that society can evolve and... doing always your best to help and take care of this planet (all that is in it, from animals and plants to culture and heritage.)
I read- or heard- somewhere that whatever you do, do it well and with passion. So.

PHILOSOPHY

Yes. All of it! I think life needs to be enjoyed instant by instant, taking in all the little marvels in it, and then see it as a whole. Happiness is made everyday.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I absolutely love it! This is genius. Everything has been great; it's a wonderful experience!! Every person I've met thru Couchsurfing is now a friend.

Interests

People, nature, art, languages, music, history, stories, the environment and research projects that actually try to understand and find real solutions to its many problems; not wasting precious time (please exclude daydreaming and hanging around in the pleasure of the afternoon sun)...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've felt so small compared to the majesty of this planet... and it is the best feeling.

Motorbiking through a Dai village in Xishuangbanna, China, through rice paddies, among mountains covered in mist... watching men collect sap from rubber trees, a woman hunting butterflies...

Teach, Learn, Share

I will share all that I know, whatever that is :)
I'd love to learn about anything, but I'm very interested in good stories (real or not), food, philosophy, personal theories, travel experiences, traditions, science, world views...
