--Okay, I am getting bored with this section, so I'll just say that I am heavily into the abstract, conceptual or experimental, whether it be film, writings, music, whatever it is I'll be drawn to it. I also really connect with visceral or aesthetically raw pieces of art. That's not to say that the intellectual does not have a place in my heart, but I will admit that I do find most works of that sort to be too academic and sometimes even pretentious for my tastes. If there aren't engaging or cohesive visuals to accompany an idea that appeals strictly to the logical mind, then I will simply lose interest...or maybe I'm just an idiot, I don't know.
