About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding and starting a career!
ABOUT ME
I am a 23-year-old student from the Mid-Atlantic in my fifth year at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. My career goal is to be a civil engineer, hopefully in green building, and my most important and favorite activity at Cornell is being a student guide for Cornell Outdoor Education. I love spending time outdoors and helping give others a meaningful experience. I also love to travel. I have been to 41 of the 50 US states as well as 2 provinces in Canada, 5 countries in Europe, and a lot of Israel
PHILOSOPHY
I hope that I can give back enough while I'm here to even the gifts that I get. I also want to see as many places and meet as many friendly people as possible and keep learning, because learning never stops.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I signed up while traveling Europe, and my experiences there were amazing. I'm not really in a position to host right now, but I'm open to meeting people and hope that I can again soon!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Stayed with two hosts in Belgium who were both amazing!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: a blend- pop, ballads, disco, classic rock, etc
Movies: Generally comedy, but there are a few great dramas (Miracle, Remember the Titans)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacking for a week in Zion National Park in Utah (As well as the two cross-country road trips with my family when I was younger)
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to learn the best tips for a good couchsurfing experience, though hopefully this will come with traveling. If I have to give one piece of advice, it's always keep an open mind and take time to notice the little things. One moment can make a trip or important event memorable.
