About Me
BEFORE READING: I WAS ABSENT FOR A LONG TIME AND I MISSED A LOT OF MESSAGES, THEREFORE MY RESPONSE RATING IS NONEXISTENT. I WILL ANSWER ALL REQUESTS, DILIGENTLY. I ONLY JUST REACTED MY PROFILE, SO SOME OF THE INFORMATION BELOW IS OUT OF DATE.
I just moved back to New York City, after a strange one year stint where I found myself fairly domesticated and living in Los Angeles. I've had a real twisted relationship with cities. I can't seem to get away from them, which is one of my CS priorities. I spent the majority of my twenties living in NYC, but I also did two years in Paris where I made my living as a pedicab driver. Since moving back I've started work on a documentary, entitled Rickshaw Wars, which has actually been doing quite well. It's surreal.
UPDATE : Documentary was released on FranceTV, onto the next as of Nov 2018!
I would say I'm a person who likes to squeeze every drop out of the moment. I'm the guy staying for that extra drink. I also have made some pretty random life choices, which could be viewed as a positive or a negative, depending on who you are of course.
I'm very open. I don't like judgmental people and I'm possibly an anarchist.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I guess you can say I am like most people on here. I love building bridges between people from all over the world, traveling and I think CS is a great resource for this. Sometime in the near future I'm planning to really get out, and I'd love to meet some like minded people in the mean time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I think my biggest mistake when I travel is I bring more books than clothes. This is an impossible question to answer, but I'll say if you have Bob Dylan on your ipod we'll probably hit it off.
Update : I no longer have an iPod.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of my favorite moments happened while I was 15 in the Channel Islands with a whale. Friend for life.
I also moved to Europe with less than 50 euros and stayed for two years.
Oh, and I once married a couch surfer. It's complicated!
