My current mission is to seek knowledge in every sense of the word. Through people, through experiences, through culture, through reading.

ABOUT ME

I love people. There is nothing more satisfying than listening to peoples travels and experiences. I want to travel so bad my heart explodes, but I am currently in school, so I must put it on hold, and enjoy the freedom i have in summers. However, if while at school I could be of some help to travelers, all the better.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life knowing that one day I am going to cease to live. I don't know whether that is good or bad i.e. ceasing to live, but I know that a happy person knows that it will end and lives life accordingly. So my goal is to be happy, and for the people around me to be happy. So let's just chill out, live this great life, and have a great time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I am new to the project, But I am fascinated by it. I would love to start getting integrated in the system by first hosting people and later couch surfing. So Anyone that wants a nice place to stay, good company, a night out, a few drinks, good conversation, just hit me up.

Interests

I love philosophy, I love learning, I love people. I am interested in whatever anyone has to say, about their outlook on life. We are all different and I am interested where you may have been, or what you have done, and why you think the way you do. I love getting insight from people, combining it with my own, and attempting to make an idea of this thing called "life." I enjoy a bottle of beer, or a glass of wine, smoking some herb, and talking with people that are satisfying intellectually. If you dont like to drink or smoke I welcome you all the same.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I enjoy jazz: Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, etcetera. I like Frank Sinatra, Cat Stevens, and some contemporary folk/indie like Devandra Banhart
Books: I like a lot of the classics: War and Peace, Dr. Zhivago, Catcher in the Rye, A Separate Piece. I recently started reading some postmodern classics: Absolutely loved "On the Road" and "American Psycho." Haruki Murakami I believe to be a literary genius, I especially love "The Wind up Bird."

People helping people is the most amazing thing I have witnessed in life. Which is my purpose for being a part of CS.
