About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Going on learning more and more about languages and cultures

ABOUT ME

Well, all about me... I studied translation and interpreting with the only aim learning languages to be able to communicate to as many people as possible. When I travel I like to get integrated into the local's lifestyle and try to understand their interests and worries. That's why I would learn any language of this world. Being realistic I may go little by little and I will try to appreciate every single minute of sharing with all of you out there.Always ready to learn about anything someone wants to teach me.

PHILOSOPHY

Find your way. No need to be like this or like that. Open your mind and find out that the world is not limited by the borders of your country or your city. We know nothing about the world, so let's go out and try to understand it better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new member so probably I will re-edit this box in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed once in my life, when I wasn't a couch surfer yet. I met some people from Basel (Switzerland)on the ineternet and they offered me accomodation for some days. The welcoming was great and the feeling of discovering Basel through a local's eyes was definitely priceless.

Interests

I really enjoy comparing cultural traditions. I like the fact that we all think we know the way the world works before our first trip. Then our perspective changes and somehow each time a visit a new place I feel like beginning a new a life. New rules, traditions, prejudices, interests, music, celebrations, ways of living, even the basic stuff such as gastronomy, clothing or the wheather. Sometimes I add some of those new discoveries to my lifestyle to enrich my routine.
