About Me

Hello there!
I am a 20-years old student trying to enjoy the opportunities that life throws at me.
I would describe myself as a kind, bright, open-minded person who enjoys getting to know new people and who does not like to shy away from new adventures.
I love learning new things and I can have a conversation on a great number of very random topics so conversation rarely falter with me around.
I am also a great lover of good coffee and tea, so I'd love to show you some great coffee shops around Bucharest.
Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a strong supporter of the "global citizen" motto, my belief is that all cultures are beautiful in their uniqueness and discovering as many of them is an ambition of mine.
My purpose on this site is to have a chance to meet up with people and discover the places I visit not from the perspective of a tourist, but from the eyes of a local. Having the chance to meet many interesting individuals is, of course, a great benefit as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is very broad, but I have a soft spot for bands like Amadou et Mariam and Buena Vista Social Club.
I fancy myself a bit of a cinephile, with an affinity for Wes Anderson’s filmography. I also think Taika Waititi is a genius and have seen What we do in the Shadows five times.
Neil Gaiman’s prose is lyrical and everyone should read Pride and Prejudice at least once.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve been one of the four people (and the youngest too!) to organize a 6-day tent-camp for 70 guests last summer as part of the Girl Guides of Romania.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Spain, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In
