About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Plant roots.

ABOUT ME

Life loving, free flowing/thinking individual that has been traveling the world for the last 6 years and am now in a place where I am feeling ready to plant some roots and put into creation all that I have learned and gained in the last several years. I love music, dancing, acro yoga, hiking, climbing, existential convo and my sweet pup "Freedom" dog, just to name a few.
PHILOSOPHY

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning how to dance in the rain.
It'd rather ask for forgiveness than permission.
It's all in the perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music right now Ben Howard, Mamuse, Mason Jennings, old punk, anything that makes me feel the depths of life, love and pain.

Movies: Harold and Maude, Cool world, Butch Cassidy and the sundance kid, any mind bending indie films and I've really been into fantasy sci-fi.

Books I'm reading now: We the Animals by Justin Torres, Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, Shama, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo, Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Dr. Gabor Mate, Mycelium running by Paul Stamets

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 10 hours exploring the catacombs under Paris with some bad ass local Parisians.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach whatever I have to give in the moment, mostly just by living an authentic passionate life. I feel people are mostly inspired by people living their truth.
I'm down to learn as much as possible and try to be open to most situations and people.
If I have it I share it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Massage, juggling, acro yoga, corny jokes, wine.

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, France, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Spain
