ABOUT ME

I've studied English in Thessaloniki for 4 years 2005-2009 and last year I was teeaching English in Volos-my hometown. But going to Finland for erasmus has been a really incredible experience,so I was back for practicing this time in a school for 3 months, March-June 2010..a really great experience =D
Now from September on, back to Volos, working as teacher of English..and let's see what is to come!^_^

PHILOSOPHY

-Just try to make every day special..you don't have to try hard or make it complicated..simple things can make each day different!

-Minds are like parachutes, they work only when they 're open!

-Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.. that's why they call it present!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about couchsurfing in my erasmus studies, from some friends that they were really thrilled about it and since I wanted to see as much from Finland as I could,I thought couchsurfing is the best way!That's how you can have the most out of every trip,being in contact with the locals

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the chance to do it 3 times when travelling when I was in Finland for the first time, and I have only good things to say!
then when I came back to Thessalonki I was glad to be a host a couple of times and for sure I ll do it again in the future whenever I get the chance!

Interests

dancing a lot..any kind of dance,listening to music(and used to play the guitar but haven't done for the last 3 years..so some help would be really welcome)
Any kind of crafting-wax or clay or painting(not very good)..
..doing 'huovutus'-felting-I learnt how to do it in Finland and really liked it!
But just be creative and express yourself when you feel like it!

Also a very easy recipe of a chocolate cake that I make is very well known among my friends:-)
-of course I can share it with you!!

I 've also tried: Hiking, Adventure Orienteering, Canoeing, Nordig walking, skating, skiing and I do it again whenever I can!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sauna experience..After the sauna jump into the lake!!!ok, for finnish people may this sound like routine but..it's really awesome!!I do it every time I get the chance!!=)
