ABOUT ME

I am curious and friendly, I like to see how and what others see about the world around us. I'm both somewhat hyper-active and laid back. I'm a bit of a history nerd and a story-teller; I love learning about other cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing else but this. I want to see it all and do it all, because this is all we have. I try to help others as I can, because our humanity is what we all share and basic human kindness is unfortunately in short supply, it seems.

Meeting others by surfing, mostly. But, I'd love to show anyone in Chattanooga the sights and sounds of our fair city. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Fantasy geek. Favourite Movie: Labyrinth (1986 Jim Henson)and Mulan. Favourite Book: Faerie! (1985 Collection of short stories). I like action movies, not horror/gore, and I have a childish kind of obsession with animation (Disney and Anime). I like watching History and Discovery Channel documentaries because I don't get to see enough of this world on my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing roofing work in Mexico and in Mississippi was pretty amazing, not only from the vantage points of rooftops, but to realize how small we are in the spectrum of the planet.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a blank slate and I like learning as much as I can about anything possible. I'm not sure what I have to share yet, but once I know, I'll be happy to disperse. **I DO THINK CLOTHES SWAPPING IS GREAT FUN!**
