Overview
About Me
Hi! I am a queer Japanese artist, videographer and translator. I love getting to know new people and share our life stories together. I just moved to the states from Japan, so I can tell you a lot about the country (especially Tokyo).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am trying to start a new life in LA and see what's going to happen after I move there. It's pretty exciting but overwhelming for sure. So, I am looking forward to meeting up with new people along the way and save some money!
Interests
I like playing sports in general. Currently I like playing badminton since I have a lot of friends who play the sport around Tokyo, Japan. I also like swimming and playing basketball. I am not good at any of them but it is always fun playing sports with other people!
I also like playing musical instruments. I can play guitar, base, drums and keys. Again, I am not good at any of them, but it's fun playing music with other people:)
I like reading books and articles about race, feminism and immigration issues both in Japan and US. I understand they are not everyone's cup of tea, so we don't have to talk about them if you don't want to. But I would love to if you want!
