I work in online education as methodologist, but recently have received an international certification as mindfulness and embodiment instructor. So if you are curious about these areas, you’re more than welcome to ask me anything about it. I also love to take pictures on my film camera, to write (I have my own little blog about my trips and discoveries) and to cook.

I deeply feel the world around me, so I can share my special ability to see beauty and to be ‘now and here’. I believe that if we are not in now-here moment, then we are nowhere.
