About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to find my way in Basel after my studies!!
ABOUT ME
I was born in Tanzania when my parents worked there for 10 years. When I was 7 years old we went back to Switzerland. So the travelling soul runs in the family. The time in Tanzania influenced us a lot. Especially the hospitability and openness for which Tanzania is famous for, were taken along to Switzerland. Therefore I enjoy to host and share all I have with all the people that I feel connected to.
Music takes a huge part in my life and is therefore very important to me.
I love being around other people. Having discussions, a drink or just laugh with them.
I'm a very spontaneous person, because I think that the best things that happen to you are not the ones you've planned.
PHILOSOPHY
Haraka haraka haina baraka. It's a Swahili idiom. It means: Hurry has no blessing. We lose so much time running after things that we think we need that we forget to stop once in a while, look around and enjoy the beauty of our world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We were driving with the car from Dar-es-Salaam to Mbeya,Tanzania. Right before we arrived in Mbeya, there was a lorry tipped over on the side of the street. It was loaded with Pepsi Cola. Obviously the lorry had been laying there for a while because the whole village was gatherd around this vehicle and was drinking that guys cargo. It was a helarious scene but more importantly does it show the flexibility and opportunism of these people. Just brilliant.
