I'm a 29-year old theatre and pop culture enthusiast, working in the arts. I was born in London, but have been living in Cardiff for the last eighteen months.

I have a background in scriptwriting, and am also a theatre reviewer and I work in the marketing department of a regional theatre. Basically, I spend a lot of my time writing things!

I'm a very easy-going, friendly and outgoing person who enjoys the company of other people. I'm much more a pub/bar person than a clubbing person, but get enough alcohol in me and that soon changes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of meeting new people from completely different cultures, and having the opportunity to share new experiences with them. It's also fun to experience your own world through someone else's eyes, which I look forward to.

Interests

I'm very passionate about theatre and the arts, and they're a big part of my life. You'll often find me watching a play, or a movie, or going to a live music or comedy gig. I'm also a big reader, and try to read as often as I can.

I'm also a sports fan, particularly when it comes to football and cricket. I'm an Arsenal fan (sorry!) but happy to watch anyone play. I also enjoy tennis and snooker, and wrestling is a big guilty pleasure of mine!

I enjoy learning about the history and culture of the places that I travel to, I'm not a fan of sitting on the beach and doing nothing. I love walking and exploring unknown places - you can find the most amazing things in the unlikeliest of situations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In June 2016, I went on a road trip around North America in a Ford Focus with my good friends Megan and Connor, taking in 10 cities in 13 days. It was one of the best experiences of my life!
