I used Couchsurfing twice pre-pandemic and the experience was really great.

Pandemic made me socially anxious as I’m just used to interacting with my family for two years. I set a challenge to myself to talk to people from different walks of life. Knowing other’s culture and perspectives helps me see the world openly.

Solo travel in Bacolod when I was 21 years old and I met an awesome person from couchsurfing who inspired me more to travel. Happy that we still keep in touch!
