About Me
Born and raised in Istanbul, I am an architecture student who enjoys arts, travelling and deep conversations. I try to stay productive in various fields of life such as painting, writing, travelling and stay in the 'moment' as much as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like challenging myself by stepping out of my comfort zone. I believe each new city and each new person I get to know is an unmissable opportunity to take deeper roots on this crazy world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am always up for blues, funk and jazz. My favourite artists are Tom Waits, Jamiroquai, Branford Marsalis, Ibrahim Maalouf, Chet Baker, Keziah Jones and Sidney Bechet.
I love reading art and design theories, short stories, novels and illustrated children's books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A trip to the ancient Silk Road few years ago. It felt like a journey in time as well as a journey to getting to know myself.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am eager to share my opinions and knowledge I have gained so far. Yet, I am even more eager to see them break down and build up new ones as I exchange more insights with people. I am open to all kinds of mindsets as long as they are sincere.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a long conversation, a walk or a bike tour in the city, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a visit to a museum... I also enjoy drawing and cooking for my hosts as a little memory and a sign of my appreciation.
