About Me

I consider myself an open-minded, peaceful and curious person.

I enjoy learning new languages. I believe that, to learn a language it is necessary to learn about it's country, it's culture, history, economy, environment...
Although I am still young and I haven't travelled much until now, I dream about travelling around the world and exploring every insight of it.

"There are no 7 wonders of the world in the eyes of a child; there are 7 million". As we grow up, we tend to lose our ability to appreciate the beauty of the world, life and ourselves. Never stop beeing curious, learning and let yourself dream. I believe that only by loving the world and others, you can truly love yourself.

"Live your life as though your every act were to become a universal law". It is very simple, but one of my principles. You alone are mature enough to know which are your values and which way of life will be convenient for you.

I believe in the "Carpe diem"; the past is past and the future is unkown. Living the moment nowadays isn't very common, as we live in a futuristic world.

I am very critic in many aspects of todays society, but I believe that, together, people can change the world (it may sound a bit too idealistic but most of great changes in history came out of a utopia).

Science, technology, psychology, health... anything can capt my attention. I like cooking and creating new dishes using my inspiration (sometimes the result isn't as good as it could have been, but I don't live up to perfection).
I admire meditation and yoga, it is one of the keys of inner peace.

Music has always accompained me in my trips, and philosophy is the best teacher in life I have met.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"Adventure is worthwhile"- Aristotle.

Nowadays, people have the possibility of travelling and meeting new cultures, Couchsurfing is a way of getting truly in contact with the country and it's people.

Also, it resembles to the old bartering (exchange), when people were more united and felt that they lived in a healty society.

Globalisation may have some unsatisfactory consequences, but it has opened the doors and minds (never said better) of many of us.
