Hi all!
My name is Irene, I'm 29 and I come from Tuscan countryside. I've just moved to Florence because I've been working there as an architect for two years and even though I like travelling by train, it was time for me to change my commuter life. I currently live with my sister, she is my best friend too! Together we are furnishing and customizing our place, there's still much work to do but little by little we're gonna make it! Meanwhile I'll try to describe me shortly..I'm curious, dynamic and empathetic. I love both to share my freetime and to be on my own. I'm attending yoga classes and english lessons in order to improve my speaking english. I'm in love with any form of Art, especially architecture, design, photography and music. I'm a music addicted, I love going to gigs and collecting LPs so much, and I'd like to have more free time to learn playing guitar better than now. I'm pretty sure that live concerts, good beers and travels are the best way to spend time and money :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister, my bf and I travelled cost-to-cost across USA by train from New York City to San Francisco last August. I went to sleep under the Milky Way (clearly visible to the naked eye!) and I woke up at dawn admiring speechless the rising sun behind Monument Valley peaks.
I've just come back home from an entire month in Northern India and it has been one of the strongest and deepest experience of my life.

I'd like to hear about life experience from different cultures or just to meet up with different kind of people. I love learning from others something I don't know and I could teach something I know!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could share my freetime showing Florence city with its beautiful museums and venues out of typical touristic paths, strolling in the centre, going to art events or drinking homebrew beers. As soon as I move to my new flat in the centre, I'll also be able to host whoever wants to be my guest!
