My name is Irene, I'm 26 yeras old. I was born and grew up in Bologna but since 1 year I'm living in Toscana, in the conuntriside between Siena and Grosseto with my boyfriend Matthias. I have a degree in Agriculture and this year I've restardet to study a degree in agri-food and food processing at University in Pisa. I like transforming plants into products like natural, soap, creem, aromatic salt, drying herbs, sauce, oil ,jam and other things on my mind.
I like walking and collecting wild edible plants that I cook but I also like going out, talking dancing with my friend and of course I love travelling!!!!

I'm on couchsurfing because I like meeting new people and when I'm travelling i search local people who can give to me good tips and the best sposts. I also like to host because where I live there aren't many people so is nice to meeting more and new friends!
