Overview
About Me
I currently live in Huelva, at my parents' residence, so in general I cannot provide accommodation. But happy to have a coffee or a few beers, or even show you my favorite corners of Huelva.
ABOUT ME
I am from Huelva, Andalucía. I have lived in different sites in Spain while studying (Sevilla, Granada, Balearic and Canary islands), and I am definitely in love with each of them. I like to learn in general, to know experiences and different points of view, I love to explore, both the outside and the inside world. I really enjoy eating and cooking, mixing cultures and flavors. I am trying to become a more sportive person, I sarted a few time ago canoeing and I love it. I enjoy hiking, discovering amazing spots in the nature, also diving. I studied Biology and I am specializing in marine biology and the underwater world fascinates me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met Couchsurfing when I arrived in Tenerife, my roommate and I were staying with two hosts from there for 4 and 5 days. The experience was unbeatable, they welcomed us without hesitation and even gave us the keys to their house. And not only that, they also showed us what they knew from there and their culture. Since then I have been in love with this form of accommodation and life for many people.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is an important part of my life, I listen to many different styles and in general, the music of the 70-80s seems incredible to me. Rock, blues, jazz, salsa, cumbia, reggae, dub, more electronic music as downtempo, techno ..., I want and need to learn to play music, I bought a guitalele but I have to recover it since I left it in the Canary Islands at the house of a friend ... I greatly admire people who make music and share it!
I always try to open my mind to all kinds of movies, music and books. I love discovering and being taught new things. People who teach you new music are very important! The same I say with cinema and reading. As for movies and books, I like that they have a message, that they make you reflect and get to know yourself and those around you a little more, but also that they are pleasing to the senses.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hitchhiked from Spain to Warsaw, Poland, to visit a friend. It was an incredible trip where I met amazing people and realized that people are kinder than we usually think.
I made a boat trip (on a friend's boat), sailing from Menorca to Sardinia, passing through Catalonia and the south of France. It was one of the best experiences of my life, life on a boat is definitely incredible.
