About Me

I love making new friends and travelling, I'm young and I want to make as many experiences as I can. I'm always in search for new stories and places since I love both photography and cinematography (which I hope will be my job one day).
I think music and food are the best ways to get toghether, along with common interests and the will to get something deep from every conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the casual experiences, people and places through which life brings me to realize which kind of person I am. I'm always curious to know more about cultures and people that live in a completely different environment from mine, and I think that travelling is the best way to open your mind and your heart.
I haven't visited every country in Europe yet, but it's something I'would sure like to do in the future, as well as visiting South America and India. And of course doing this knowing that I will find someone that knows the place and is willing to share his or her time (and maybe his\her place) with me gives me a lot of confidence.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've never listened to just one kind of music; during the last period I've been listening a lot to reggae, classical, italian authors, folk, indie but I'm open to anything as long as it gives me an emotion.
About movies I really like french ones, especially the ones from the 70's, Godard and Truffaut, my favorite movie (at the moment) is "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain". Still, I appreciate the great american directors (Welles, Scorsese, Tarantino and Coppola) and of course italian ones (Fellini, Visconti and Antonioni); but I don't really like horror and thriller movies.
I don't really have a favorite kind of books, but I like novels and antropology books; at the moment the book I appreciated the most is "My family and other animols" by Gerald Durrell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I went on a road trip with 4 other girls around the monument valley (Utah and Arizona) those ten days will stay in my heart forever. Seeing the sunset sitting in front of the Grand Canyon and sleeping under thousands of stars with no artificial lights or people around is an experience that makes you realize how small but still unique each one of us is.

Teach, Learn, Share

I consider myself a quite good photographer and I'm always willing to share my knowledge with others, even thought I'm not such an expert. And of course I'm always interested in knoing more about basically anything, if I would find someone with my same interest in movies, photography and travel I guess we would have a lot to discuss about and to learn from eachother.

What I Can Share with Hosts

First of all love, meaning respect and interest.
I'm not such a good singer but I will give it a try if someone asks me to.
Despite the jokes, I'm very interested in discussion and I try to share my thoughts about the world (both the insight and the outside ones). I also love cooking in company, this might be interesting to someone.
