About Me

I'm an Italian girl, I'm studying biotecnhology at the University of Trieste.
I'm a curious person, I like discovering new places, learning something different, but most of all meeting new people and share something with them.
I don't like to take decisions, expecially if they are important, but after a long thinking I'm almost always happy about what I chose.
I love bright colours.
Most of the time I'm energic, I want to do a lot of things, but sometimes I want to lay on the sofa doing nothing.
I really enjoy reading a good book, watching a good film or go to the theatre, but I also like to spend the night drinking a beer with some friends.
I practice orienteering, but not in a serious way.
I'm that kind of person who is always untidy, but knows where all things are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but not just as a tourist, but knowing people and sharing things. I think that "travel" doesn't mean just going in some place seeing things, but it means knowing new people, find new ways to see life and the world.

MY EXPERIENCE ON COUCHSURFING
I used couchsurfing in my first solo travel along Europe on February 2017. I was hosted by a lot of amazing people, it was really an amazing experience.
I would like to host but unfortunately it's not possible for me for the place I live, but I hope to do it in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived one year in Mexico with AFS, in a Mexican family. This was an essencial experience for me, to build the way I am and to discover another part of the world. I realised how much we are different, how interesting is to know another culture, but also that at the end we're all humans, and that as so we feel and live.
I also spent two months in Sri Lanka to volunteer.
