Hello! I'm Irene, a 26 years old girl and like to meet new people from all over the world! 2 years ago i left my small town in the middle of the Alps in Italy and moved to Berlin and started to work as a midwife. I'm on Couchsurfing because i think that travelling is much more than tourism and just visiting new places...

Trough couchsurfing i made wonderful experiences, had super interesting discussions, and had the feeling to get closer to the real “soul and spirit” of the place i was visiting...and that’s exactely what i’m looking for!

Interests

I like culture and art and discover unusual places. I also like photography, although i'm not so good at it yet. I'm also painting and i love everything that has to do with art!
I enjoy hanging out with friends, i love having people around me and open-air concerts.
I reaaaaaaally love cooking and trying out new dishes and what i love to do while travelling is to see what you can find in food shops and supermarkets! trust me: going to food shops in other countries is an authentic travel experience ;) And yeah of course i love visiting food markets....
themes like ecology and environment and a more sustainable lifestyle are also very important to me.
