About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn as much as I can

ABOUT ME

I am stubborn, and hard-hearted. I am goofy, silly, and serious all at the same time. I love to teach and be taught. I am too critical â

PHILOSOPHY

Live through this life the best you can, and always smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, all I can do is offer up my couch to stay, and hopefully help others with their travels. I hope to travel quite a lot next summer, and yearn to share my experiences with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As of yet, I have not had a couch surfing experience, but cannot wait for my first!

Interests

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Ice cream. Making lists, and getting things done. Spontaneity. History, and all it encompasses. Namely Classical Greece and Rome, Ancient Egypt, The Tudor era, The Renaissance. Cooking, cooking shows, and my recipe box. Card games, esp euchre and hearts. Stationery – I have a thing with nice pens. Impressions. Impressionism. Catchy phrases and sayings. In fact, lame jokes that need not be repeated but repeated to no end by me. Quotes. Laughing and being silly in general. Fuzzy slippers. Rum. Sexuality, red rooms, matching underwear, corsets, stockings, long gloves. Evil grins. Long hair. Tattoos and piercings (drools), The English language; Anagrams, crosswords, poetry, stories, songs. Reading, writing, researching. National Geographic Channel, CBC, Discovery Channel. My Time magazines, my Discover Magazines. I guess discovering, really. My laptop. My external hard drive – pumping them both full of music and information. Mostly music. Heroines. Make-up. Earrings. Swimming, yoga, swimming, yoga, repeat. Martial arts. Thunderstorms, rainstorms. Snowstorms. Spending them alone, spending them with a someone. Snuggling, cuddling – alone or not. Skipping, frolicking, and rolling down grassy hills. Surprises. Volunteering. Helping people out – usually with school. Little known facts, misconceptions. Concepts, photos, memories. Friends. Naps, sleep. Lying in bed while the sun shines through.
