Always wanted to try!
I'd love to accept guests myself, but I recently moved to a 25-m rented studio 1 km away from the city border (which makes from 45 to 95 mins to the city center depending on traffic), so not "the dream place" to stay if you travel to St.Pete, though the neighbourhood is lovely :)
