About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Collect stories. Be a gastronomist of the world. Internal peace. Finding myself and the feeling of home. Dance.

Professional, working with internet of things for white goods produced by Germans. Dance latin couple dances to exercise, live, enjoy music and be social. Too many things to plan per day and never home- I am trying to do many things after work- mingles, dances and events. I am interested in intellectual topics and culture. I am looking for new ideas, opportunities, interesting people, and love. No you can't stop me from going out, you can just join me.

If I accepted your request, I expect your response soon to arrange my plans. I am well-tempered but sometimes very pissed at people who are selfish, inconsiderate and break their promises. If I have not done so before, I will start to write negative references from now on, if you are not showing up last minute without notifying me, or cancel your meeting up with me 1 hour before, because you found more plans/ 2015.03.14.

Do read my profile and couch conditions before sending your request. If you have not met the basic requirement of reading my profile, I will decline your request without explanation. Do not claim you have read my profile if you have not followed my rules in your request.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well I prefer comedies and dislike thrilling ones. Sometimes drama and artistic movies. I go to film festivals, independent screenings and sometimes just go by myself. I volunteered in Uppsala Short Film Festival for 3 years. Going to the theatre once in a while. I generally like performing art.

I dance. Chinese traditional dance. Salsa. Tango. Forro. Lindy-hop. (You are prioritised to be accepted to my couch if you are a dancer)

Novel stories. Used to write. But being a journalist actually stopped me from writing for hobby. Maybe I should start writing again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Aurora light in Abisko in northen Sweden!!! It was incredibly beautiful, and I waited from 11 until 1 in midnight in the snow. Standing up on the top of the mountain and I felt like I was walking in the universe!!

I met really nice people in Langkawi, Malaysia. They were fun-seekers rather than money-seekers, so I went with different islanders for sightseeing for free transportation everywhere around the island. That was before becoming a CSer~

Tried the 80 percent Estonian Vodka and 7 types of other kinds of national drinks in one global village night...I survived and got up 8 am for the conference the second day.

I was a volunteer of volunteers for Beijing Olympics.

I did a volunteer job in Malta for 2 months. Moved 3 times to 3 cities during the last 10 days, but lucky enough to find random hosts who are actually not CSers. Jumped into the sea at 5 am in my last day in Malta.

I was in a Nobel Prize awarding ceremony.

Ask me for my stories in Japan with Milanese travellers who brought back my computer and passed it on to my colleague who flew from Milan to Gotland and gave it to me at my breakfast table!

I am thinking, it will be a thing for the future...if I am getting married someday, this lucky man will be forced to go to the "wife-carrying championship" in Finland with me. Well the reason why I have not done it is because currently I am not qualified as I weigh less than the minimum requirement plus I am not a wife :P

Teach, Learn, Share

Stop abusing people's kindness. I have been a victim.
Maybe it is not always the best thing to be in love with your best friend.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I tell stories. Mine and others. I am a good listener, too.

I tell jokes, normally lame ones. I usually bring laughters to people.

I am adventurous and am willing to try to do different things with you- so I can be your good company.

I can send you a postcard when I am back!
