One of our biggest interests is discussion. Themes we really like to talk about are for example our values, ethical questions, cultures, ways of being and relationships. And sure we are totally open to all kind of topics!

It all started by us deciding something crazy. That we're not going to tolerate any negative feelings ever again. And guess what: our whole life changed. We came to a very strong realization:

you can choose your thoughts and reactions, you can choose how you feel

A way of living with constant questioning and understanding: Why do I react the way I do? Why do I have the thoughts I have? How can I change that?

We've found many techniques during our travels by reading books and by discussing together. Now we do have quite much knowledge about ways of choosing and changing how to feel, and if you have any interest, we'd love to share it with you.
