Hello,

I'm Irina. I am lucky to be living in Edinburgh located in Scotland. A simple google search and the images will speak for themselves. Its a stunning city, and so is Scotland as well.

It would be a great pleasure to share this beautiful city often called Edinburgh Festival City with like-minded people who are interested to know more about it and get involved. I am originally from Romania (which has many beautiful, unspoiled places), I left 5 years ago to fulfil my dreams, feed my love for English language and my curiosity.

I try to lead a simple, healthy life and surround myself with like-minded people.

I enjoy meeting people form all over the world, listen to their life stories and exchange opinions about life and the world.

I am always discovering or learning something. I have recently learned how to swim so my next challenge is to learn to Scuba Dive. Also have been learning how to ski and am keen to do more of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whilst travelling I enjoy getting to know the places I visit trough the eyes of a local, Couchsurfing seems to be a good place to find like-minded people willing to share their knowledge.

As a host I treat people in same way I would like them to treat me with kindness and respect.
As a guest my aim is to respect my host and all rules available in their home.

Interests

Swimming, dressmaking, walking, socializing, reading and studying about new things. Skiing.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I enjoy reading self help and development books. Currently reading "The 7 Habits of highly effective people".

Music makes me happy, I enjoy a variety of genres and music from all around the world! I have a soft spot for oldies but goldies.

I have watched a decent amount of movies in my early 20's, still enjoy doing that from time to time. I prefer movies that make my brain think deeply. Love documentaries as well.
