ABOUT ME

I'm a very positive and friendly person. really-really like to meet new people and learn about traditions of other countries.
I grew up in the north of Russia in a teeny-tiny town in taiga. Both of my parents are from the Ukraine tho, where I spent a lot of time while being a child :)
For the last 5 years I've been living in St.Petersburg which is the most amazing city in my country (not that I've been to many of them, but I'm pretty sure of it). Currently I'm getting my Master degree along with teaching English to children which I'm really keen on. In my free time I enjoy pastry and coffee with my friends and going out - I LOVE dancing :))

Interests

My greatest interest is to acquire new languages. Pity I don't have much time for this currently, but use any opportunity to grab at least a couple of words of a new language from native speakers of it. Dancing is my other passion - I did it for 8 years in the childhood. Now can only enjoy it when go out :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is always reflection of my mood, so what I listen to varies depending on it :) I have two fave Ukrainian bands tho

Movies: Les Poupees Russes, Jeux d'Enfants,Requiem for a dream, Step up, Barefoot, Orange love, Angel A, Chocolate and tons of Russian movies which we can watch together ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a very bad swimmer. And to say 'bad' in this case means to say nothing, as I literally have a phobia for depth. But 3 years ago while being on vacation with my friend in Egypt I made up my mind to dive. 10 meters! (it took me about 30 mins as I started crying and screaming but I finally got myself together) it was absolutely amazing! My friends still couldn't believe I did it even when they saw the pics :)
